3+ years in technical support, now building automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure — moving from keeping systems running to designing the systems that run themselves.
DevOps Engineer (in transition)
Results-driven IT professional with 3+ years of technical support experience, now transitioning into DevOps. Hands-on with automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure, with a problem-solving foundation built from real production support work.
Day to day at Systools Pvt. Ltd., that means troubleshooting enterprise software across Windows and macOS for a global client base, and — increasingly — automating the repetitive parts of that job with Python and Bash instead of doing them by hand. That automation instinct is what's driving the move into infrastructure-as-code, containers, and pipelines.
Currently building structured, hands-on practice across Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild/CodeDeploy, and Python automation — backed by eight DevOps-focused certifications completed over the past two years.
These are real, working files from the devops-learning repository — practice builds used to learn each tool end-to-end, not production systems. Shown here with what they actually contain, not embellished.
A Maven-built Java/Tomcat web app packaged two ways: a Kubernetes deployment, and a parallel AWS CodeBuild + CodeDeploy pipeline definition — covering both the "cloud-native" and "classic EC2" deploy paths for the same artifact.
